Further, Kimball and his associates hold sworn affidavits, declarations, and statements from the victims themselves while additionally holding BOP documentation of such acts and the statements of witnesses .

 Kimball interviewed, copied records, obtained witnesses, secured sworn statements for three years while he has been in the Bureau Of Prisons (BOP). Kimball was a victim and survivor of these camps.
The following names and their actual accountings depict the Murder , Attempted Murder , Torture and Inhumane Treatment of prisoners that has been going on and continues to go on throughout the BOP.
